Creating an account at phlagu is quick and easy. Click the phlagu Login button in the top navigation, then select "Sign Up" or "Register." Fill in your personal details including full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and create a secure password. You must be 21 years or older to register, in compliance with Philippine gaming laws. After submitting your registration, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate your account. Once verified, you can log in, make your first deposit, and start playing.

To comply with Philippine regulations and ensure the security of your account, phlagu requires identity verification. You'll need to provide:
  • Government-issued ID: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID card, or SSS/GSIS ID.
  • Proof of address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and address (issued within the last 3 months).
  • Selfie with ID: A clear photo of yourself holding your ID next to your face for identity confirmation.

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your phlagu account. We'll send you a password reset link to that email address. Click the link within 30 minutes (it expires after that), then enter and confirm your new password. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for maximum security. No. phlagu strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is allowed only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. If you believe a duplicate account was created by mistake, contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure fair play for all phlagu members.

You can update certain personal details by logging in to your phlagu account and navigating to Account Settings. From there, you can update your contact number, email address, and communication preferences. Note that changes to your full name or date of birth require additional verification and must be submitted through our support team along with supporting documentation. To withdraw your winnings from phlagu, log in to your account and go to Cashier > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the transaction. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Within 1-24 hours
  • Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.): 1-3 banking days
  • Cryptocurrency: Within 24 hours after verification
Please note that your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before you can process withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
