phlagu Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlagu ("phlagu," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlagu website located at phlagu.com and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of phlagu's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with phlagu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phlagu.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the phlagu Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by phlagu to a Player's Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, bingo, live dealer game, or other wagering product available on the phlagu Platform.
• "Platform" means the phlagu website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using actual currency, including Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other accepted payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the phlagu Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on phlagu, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phlagu, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by phlagu for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your Account information if any details change. phlagu reserves the right to verify the information provided and to refuse registration or suspend an Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phlagu Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phlagu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

phlagu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified phlagu of unauthorized access in a timely manner and phlagu has confirmed the breach.

phlagu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• phlagu does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phlagu may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• phlagu aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

phlagu offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a verified Account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your Account.
• phlagu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, phlagu's decision shall be final and binding.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts suspended.

All Games available on the phlagu Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

phlagu uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to verify compliance with industry standards.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a Game, phlagu reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final. phlagu is not responsible for errors caused by Player misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.
• phlagu reserves the right to suspend or remove any Game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlagu Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to phlagu immediately.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phlagu staff or other Players.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.

All content on the phlagu Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phlagu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phlagu.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any phlagu trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of phlagu's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phlagu.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlagu, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system failures, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlagu makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phlagu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

phlagu is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by phlagu's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services.

phlagu is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. phlagu takes this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the time you have spent on the Platform during a session.

phlagu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward phlagu staff or other Players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your Account, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phlagu's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

phlagu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlagu will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phlagu, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
